Elliot

1 Sept 2025:

When we found Elliot chained up on a roof, he was skin and bones, weighing just 15kg. He’d been beaten, and his back had been scalded with boiling water. We think he is around 2-3 years old, but like so many dogs in Egypt, his teeth make him look older as they are quite worn down.

Update Nov 2025:

After several months of medical treatment, Elliot’s burns have healed, and his fur has grown back. He’s put on 10kg, and now weighs a healthy 25kg. He’s ready to find his forever home!

Elliot is good with dogs and cats. He hasn’t been officially kid-tested, but he’s very sweet and affectionate and would be fine to live with a dog-savvy teenager.

Elliot is medium energy – he’d enjoy adventures and long walks, but he’s also happy to snooze and have a lazy day. He’s very curious, and he likes to sniff and investigate every corner of a room. He’d love to do some training or scentwork to keep his mind active.

Elliot loves food, and he loves to say hello to everyone he meets!
