Fil Fil is going to be a lifetime resident 
He barely has any teeth, and the teeth he does have are worn down from eating stones.
Fil Fil has some tumours too, and surgery is not a option due to his age.
Fil Fil is happy, he enjoys taking slow walks around the farm garden, checking on all the dogs making sure they are behaving, and loves his cuddles with the humans who rescued him
Fil Fil lived on the street his whole life, his teeth estimate him at around fifteen years old.
Fifteen years of having to scavenge for food and sleep on the street.
Fil Fil now has two meals a day, he is safe away from harm, away from traffic, and he can sleep without fear.
