Kali

September 2025:

Kali was found dumped on the street, cowering in a corner and trying her best to hide. When we looked closer, what we saw was absolutely horrifying – her leg had been chopped off. Someone had tried to bandage it with brown tape, but the tape was so tight that it was embedded down to the bone. Kali also had sepsis in the wound.

Kali was taken straight to the clinic. Due to the infection, the remaining part of her leg had to be amputated immediately, and she was also severely anaemic. Kali also needed a blood transfusion – three bags of blood!

November 2025:

Kali is now living on the farm with the other dogs, and she’s thriving. She’s adjusted amazingly to having three legs, and she’s very light and bouncy on her feet. She’s gone from the terrified dog she once was to being happy and confident. She loves absolutely everyone. Her best friends are Tommy and Chip.

Kali craves affection and cuddles, and she’d love to find her forever home.

January 2025:

This beautiful girl is blossoming into the most stunning dog.
Kali was only around 3 months old when she was found cowering and terrified in a corner.
Her back leg had been cut off 🥲. God only knows what happened but it was not good. Then they wrapped it tightly with tape which had embedded and caused a dangerous infection. The pain Kali would have suffered is unimaginable 💔.
After surgery and months of rehabilitation and care, Kali has recovered and is thriving.
She is now such a happy young girl and loves to play, very sociable with all dogs and enjoys the interaction, she shows a caring side towards the younger puppies and our lovely Tommy.
Kali is super with her people and loves to cuddle up and sleep next to you 🥰.
She is good on the lead but with three legs can get tired.
Food obsessed, will hoover hers up and anyone else’s if she can so is fed separately.
– Around 7-8 months old
– Can live with other dogs, male and female
– Not cat tested but could potentially live with cats.
– Can live with children.
– Enjoys car rides.
– Not yet spayed.
Kali would love a garden to play in and have some nice walks and adventures.
Having three legs, she doesn’t need to overdo things.
She loves to chill and have lots of cuddles.
She is willing to learn and would enjoy some brain stimulation activities.
She needs a secure garden.
Not sure how she is around cats but with her temperament it may be possible, overall Kali is perfect.
